The Client Center is provided through the EZLynx/AgentInsure customer-service platform. Login credentials and portal activity are handled within that external portal, not through a Whitestone website form.

Client Center Services

Depending on your carrier, policy, and account configuration, the Client Center may provide access to certain policy or account services.

Urgent Coverage Changes: Do not rely on an online service request to bind, change, add, remove, or cancel insurance coverage unless you receive confirmation from the appropriate insurer or Whitestone Insurance Services. If you need an urgent coverage change, contact our office directly at 929-292-8005.

Claims: For emergencies, contact emergency services first. Claim-reporting instructions and availability vary by carrier and policy.
